Senators Team Report (Yahoo! Sports)

The Senators, who have been going south since the Olympic break, are now headed west.

They'll take a three-game losing streak with them when they head out on a three-game road trip to the other side of Canada, beginning with Tuesday's game in Edmonton.

By then, they hope the flu bug has left their dressing room.

Coach Cory Clouston said 10-12 of his players were under the weather in Saturday's shootout loss to the Toronto Maple Leafs. Wingers Daniel Alfredsson and Peter Regin didn't suit up at all, while goalie Brian Elliott dealt with his fever from a spot on the end of the bench.

"We worked hard," said Clouston. "Obviously, some guys were sick and we just seemed to run out of gas as the game went on.
